Overview

These terms govern your use of winbergstudios.com and your purchase of digital products from Winberg Studios, a sole proprietorship (enskild firma) registered in Sweden, operated by Robin Winberg.

By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

Products and delivery

Winberg Studios sells downloadable digital products, including but not limited to wall art prints, posters, and design assets. All products are delivered digitally — you receive downloadable files (typically high-resolution PDF and/or PNG) immediately after purchase or via email.

No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the respective sales platform (Etsy or Gumroad). Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

Payment is processed by the platform where you make your purchase (Etsy or Gumroad). Winberg Studios does not directly handle your payment information.

License and usage rights

When you purchase a digital product from Winberg Studios, you receive a broad, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the artwork for both personal and commercial purposes.

You may:

• Download, save, and print the files for any personal or commercial use
• Use the artwork on your website, blog, podcast, or social media
• Use the artwork in printed products you make or sell (t-shirts, posters, mugs, tote bags, stationery, etc.), in small to moderate production volumes
• Use the artwork in marketing materials, advertisements, presentations, and interior décor for your own business or project
• Modify the artwork (crop, resize, recolor) for your use, provided the result is not passed off as an original Winberg Studios piece

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the raw digital files — the artwork is for you to use, not to resell as a file
• Upload the files to stock image platforms, print-on-demand marketplaces (Redbubble, Society6, etc.), or any other platform where others can download or purchase them
• Use the files in datasets for training artificial intelligence or generative models
• Register the artwork as a trademark, use it as your company logo, or use it as the primary element of a brand identity
• Claim the designs as your own original work

Extended license required for:

• Nationwide or international advertising campaigns
• Film, television, or streaming productions
• Use by organizations with more than 50 employees
• Any use where the artwork becomes a defining visual element of a large-scale commercial product or campaign

Attribution ("Artwork by Winberg Studios" with a link to winbergstudios.com) is appreciated but not required.

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded or the download link has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase (corrupted file, wrong format, missing files), contact us at winbergstudios@gmail.com within 14 days and we will resolve it — either by sending a new file or issuing a refund.

If you have not downloaded the files, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen). Note that the right of withdrawal ceases once the digital content has been accessed.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, and other content on winbergstudios.com and in our products are owned by Winberg Studios / Robin Winberg and are protected by Swedish and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Website use

You agree to use winbergstudios.com only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Use the website to distribute malware or harmful content
• Scrape, copy, or systematically download content from the website

Third-party platforms

Products purchased through Etsy or Gumroad are also subject to those platforms' terms of service. In case of conflict between these terms and the platform's terms, the platform's terms apply to the transaction itself.

Newsletter

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive marketing emails from Winberg Studios. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

Limitation of liability

Winberg Studios provides digital products "as is." We do our best to ensure quality and accuracy but cannot guarantee that every product will meet your specific expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Winberg Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the price you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

For consumer disputes, you may also contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) at arn.se or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of our website or purchase of products after changes constitutes acceptance.
