These terms govern your use of winbergstudios.com and your purchase of digital products from Winberg Studios, a sole proprietorship (enskild firma) registered in Sweden, operated by Robin Winberg.

By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

Products and delivery

Winberg Studios sells downloadable digital products, including but not limited to wall art prints, posters, and design assets. All products are delivered digitally — you receive downloadable files (typically high-resolution PDF and/or PNG) immediately after purchase or via email.

No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the respective sales platform (Etsy or Gumroad). Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

Payment is processed by the platform where you make your purchase (Etsy or Gumroad). Winberg Studios does not directly handle your payment information.

License and usage rights

Every Winberg Studios digital artwork is sold under one of two licenses. You choose the license that fits your project at checkout. A short summary lives on the Licensing page — the full legal terms for each license are below.

Personal Use License

WinbergStudios Digital Artwork

Thank you for purchasing this digital artwork from WinbergStudios.

This license allows you to use the purchased artwork for personal, private, and non-commercial purposes only.

What you may do

You may:

• Print the artwork for your own home, apartment, studio, or personal space.
• Use the artwork as wall decor in a private residence.
• Give a printed copy as a personal gift to a friend, family member, or loved one.
• Save the file on your personal devices for your own private use.
• Print the artwork through a local print shop or online printing service, as long as it is only for personal use.

What this license does not allow

You may not:

• Use the artwork for any business, brand, organization, public project, or commercial purpose.
• Use the artwork on websites, blogs, social media accounts, YouTube channels, podcasts, newsletters, marketing materials, or promotional content.
• Use the artwork in offices, shops, studios, waiting rooms, restaurants, hotels, public spaces, or any location connected to a business or organization.
• Use the artwork in client work or as part of a design project for someone else.
• Resell, redistribute, share, upload, or give away the digital file.
• Sell printed versions of the artwork.
• Sell the artwork as a poster, print, product, template, merchandise item, or any other item where the artwork itself is the main value.
• Edit, modify, or repurpose the artwork for resale or redistribution.
• Claim the artwork as your own original work.
• Use the artwork to train AI models, create AI datasets, or include it in any automated image-generation system.

Important clarification

This license is intended for private use only.

If the artwork will be seen outside your home as part of a brand, business, blog, website, public project, social media channel, workplace, client project, or organization, you need a Commercial Use License instead.

Ownership

The purchase of this file gives you permission to use the artwork according to this license. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork.

All rights remain with WinbergStudios.

Commercial Use License

WinbergStudios Digital Artwork

Thank you for purchasing this digital artwork from WinbergStudios.

This license allows you to use the purchased artwork in public, professional, business-facing, and commercial contexts, as long as the artwork itself is not resold, redistributed, or used as the main product being sold.

What you may do

You may use the artwork:

• On websites, blogs, landing pages, and digital platforms.
• On social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
• On YouTube channels, podcasts, newsletters, and other content platforms.
• In digital marketing, brand content, editorial content, and promotional materials.
• In client work, presentations, moodboards, design concepts, or creative projects.
• In offices, studios, shops, waiting rooms, restaurants, hotels, public spaces, or other business locations.
• As decor in a workplace, commercial environment, or organization.
• As part of printed or digital materials where the artwork supports the overall design.
• In content created for a brand, business, organization, project, or public-facing activity.
• In projects that may generate revenue, as long as the artwork itself is not the product being sold.

What this license does not allow

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, upload, or give away the original digital file.
• Sell the artwork as a standalone print, poster, digital download, printable file, template, or wall art product.
• Sell the artwork on Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, Creative Market, Gumroad, Redbubble, Society6, or any other marketplace.
• Use the artwork on merchandise where the artwork itself is the main reason someone would buy the product.
• Sell products such as posters, prints, canvases, t-shirts, mugs, phone cases, stickers, notebooks, or similar items where the artwork is the central design.
• Include the artwork in digital bundles, design packs, clipart collections, stock image libraries, template packs, or downloadable asset collections.
• Claim the artwork as your own original work.
• Register the artwork, or a closely derived version of it, as a trademark, logo, brand mark, or exclusive visual identity.
• Edit, modify, or repurpose the artwork in order to resell, redistribute, or offer it as a competing product.
• Use the artwork to train AI models, create AI datasets, or include it in any automated image-generation system.
• Transfer this license to another person, company, client, or organization as a standalone asset.

Important clarification

The artwork may be used within your commercial work, but it cannot become the product itself.

Allowed example: You use the artwork as part of a blog post, office decor, social media background, YouTube thumbnail, client presentation, or brand moodboard.

Not allowed example: You sell the artwork as a poster, printable wall art file, merchandise design, digital download, or product where the artwork itself is the main item being purchased.

Client work

You may use the artwork in client work, provided that:

• The artwork is part of a broader project or design.
• The client does not receive the original digital file as a reusable standalone asset.
• The client does not resell, redistribute, or sell the artwork as the main product.
• The artwork is not transferred to the client as an exclusive design.

If your client wants to use the artwork independently, they must purchase their own license.

Ownership

The purchase of this file gives you permission to use the artwork according to this license. It does not transfer copyright, copyright ownership, or exclusive rights.

All rights remain with WinbergStudios.

This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

If you are unsure whether your intended use is covered by this license, please contact WinbergStudios before using the artwork.

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded or the download link has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase (corrupted file, wrong format, missing files), contact us at winbergstudios@gmail.com within 14 days and we will resolve it — either by sending a new file or issuing a refund.

If you have not downloaded the files, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen). Note that the right of withdrawal ceases once the digital content has been accessed.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, and other content on winbergstudios.com and in our products are owned by Winberg Studios / Robin Winberg and are protected by Swedish and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Website use

You agree to use winbergstudios.com only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Use the website to distribute malware or harmful content
• Scrape, copy, or systematically download content from the website

Third-party platforms

Products purchased through Etsy or Gumroad are also subject to those platforms' terms of service. In case of conflict between these terms and the platform's terms, the platform's terms apply to the transaction itself.

Newsletter

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive marketing emails from Winberg Studios. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

Limitation of liability

Winberg Studios provides digital products "as is." We do our best to ensure quality and accuracy but cannot guarantee that every product will meet your specific expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Winberg Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the price you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

For consumer disputes, you may also contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) at arn.se or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of our website or purchase of products after changes constitutes acceptance.
